At All Pets Considered, we aim to provide quality pet products and excellent customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority! All returns will be processed to the original method of payment or a store gift card. If you do not have a store account, a receipt will be required to process your return. Here’s our return policy to ensure a smooth process:

1. Pet Food and Supplies Guarantee (Opened and Unopened Items):
We gladly accept returns of opened and unopened pet food and supplies (exclusions set forth below) and other items within 30 days of purchase. Food or supply must be returned in original packaging with 50% or more still left remaining. We no longer allow the return of opened canned food.

2. Items with Tags:
If you’ve purchased an item that has tags still attached and it remains in new condition, you are welcome to return it within 90 days of purchase. Beyond the 90 days from purchase is at the discretion of a manager.

3. Used Items:
Used items, such as toys or accessories, may be returned at our discretion. We understand that pets can be unpredictable, and we want to accommodate our customers as best as we can and we will evaluate the return on a case-by-case basis. Toys are not generally considered returnable with the exception of manufacturer defects.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on inflatable collars once inflated, opened canned pet food, used bowls, chewed bones, or used bedding and grooming supplies that do not have a manufacturer guarantee.
Gift cards and clearance items are also non-returnable.

5. Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we would be happy to assist you in finding the right product for your furry friend!
