Incredible! Nikki took my rescue from a completely freaked out dog who did a back flip off the table on her first visit just for a simple nail trim to a doggie who is up on the table getting groomed like a pro in a few months. All of the folks there held her and loved on her while showing her she was safe and loved. Nikki discovered her triggers and worked miracles with my dog. I’m still amazed every time I take her in for a full groom or just a nail trim. She even allows a dremel on her nail trims! I didn’t believe that would ever happen. The love and care given is as fantastic as the fabulous grooms. I have no words to express my gratitude for all they did and continue to do for my Ella. Thank you for working miracles with this former extremely petrified doggie. Now she just walks in looking for her person. Nikki. 🩷🩷
