Pet Grooming Salon Receptionist

All Pets Considered Salon & Spa
Pay: $15+/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

All Pets Considered Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to join our busy grooming salon. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both pets and people and can manage a fast-paced front desk at a fast paced grooming salon.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule grooming appointments
• Greet clients and check pets in and out for grooming services
• Complete grooming paperwork and maintain client records
• Ensure pets are up to date on rabies vaccinations
• Collect payments for services
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Clean and disinfect kennels in finishing rooms
• Assist with the general care of animals in the facility

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple phone calls and tasks
• Professional, organized, and dependable
• Basic math and record-keeping skills
• Comfortable working safely with dogs and other animals
